The technician arrived on time and was very courteous and friendly. I explained what I needed him to fix and he did the job, He recommended that I might want to get a new flourescent light since this one was very unsteady in the ceiling and the bulbs were not going to be around much longer. He said his company could do it or I could do it myself if Ifelt I could. We also talked about replacing the fuse box. Perfectly.
Overall from my first contact to final instalation every thing was fine.
It went well for what apparently the "inspection" was to entail. This superficial level of examination was not what I expected. I had called the company prior to the appointment and asked several questions about the depth of evaluation of the overall operation of the electrical service in my house, but apparently when I asked if it would be "inspected" I perhaps should have asked if it would be "evaluated or tested" since inspection meant visual only. I know better for next time.

After my encounter to schedule, all was fine. The technican called before he arrived,very professional doing his job. He discovered what was causing my lights to flicker.
Arrived on time. Very knowledgeable and courteous technician who took care to explain the job. I will definitely use CET again

Everything went very well, I purchased a 2 hours laborfor one deal and it covered both small jobs I needed done, leaving me with just $40 for supplies at the end of the morning. Would totally use them again! Punctual, responsive, polite, and efficient, what more can I ask?
