The gentleman showed up on time, understood the work I needed done, he performed it *almost* to the specifications and in the end he told me that there were still 20 minutes left from the two hour segment work I had purchased and asked me if I needed anything else done! I say "almost" because there was something that I wanted a bit different but he told me that it was probably not the best way to execute it that way. Can in on time did all the work within the time line
Technician arrived just when the range of time for service began. He was friendly and informative and patiently answered all of my questions. I appreciated his input on the dryer problem as well. While I didn't shop around, I could tell from the other reviews that the pricing was within reasonable ranges.
The job was done to my satisfaction there is no story to tell.

We looked at the Angie's List reviews and saw that the company was highly rated, so we called to inquire about the work we wanted done. The person who schedules that type of work was not available but called back later. He explained how long he thought it would take and how much it would cost based on that. The day of the appointment, the tech called ahead of time to say he was on the way and arrived on time.
