Enjoyed speaking with the owner to initially set up the appointment (Gary). Got both confirming e-mails and a card in the mail to remind me of our appointment. Haven't seen that degree of professionalism in a long time. Eric, our electrician called a half hour in advance of arriving - was due between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. and showed up at 9:30 a.m. Was completely done with all my tasks by 11:10 a.m. I had purchased the $140.00 deal for two hours of work. The electrician was very friendly and expert. He had a little trouble with some extra studs in the ceiling but persevered until the job was done. One of the boxes of four recessed lights was missing a light, so we had to schedule a second appointment for him to return and complete the job. The job also involved cutting a few more holes in our ceiling than originally anticipated, so the electrician volunteered to come back and patch the holes for us, even thought that was explicitly not part of the service. Tech informed 2 days before all the material that I would need to buy to replace the power outlets. On the day of job, he changed 7 power lets and 1 GFS outlet in restroom in whole unit within 2 hrs of licensed time. Did service on gfs switch in kitchen and overall it went good. Answered a followup call and Tech made sure that there are no issues with the work done.

The work itself was terrific and very cost effective and the service guy was wonderful. Scheduling was a problem because the day of the week did not correspond with the date--we went by Thursday and arranged our work schedules accordingly whereas the device was scheduled by the date. When we called to complain, the owner yelled at us. Eventually the clerical error was acknowledged as being their responsibility and a fee adjustment request was honored. Phil was very nice and did a great job fixing all of our random things. We purchased the coupon on Angie's list, and we went over the two hours, which Phil was very conscious of. I told him that it was fine to go over and that we would pay for the over time. Still, we prioritized what needed to get done and what we wanted done. I think he got 99% of our list done. I purchased the Big Deal for a home electrical inspection. I was having trouble with my circuit breakers, and the technician Dave was able to quickly diagnose my problem. He was very helpful and friendly, and he provided me with ways to alleviate the issues. The company itself was very responsive, and they were able to send Dave out within a few days of my calling. Great job! I would definitely call them again, should I have additional electrical issues.
