Eric arrived on time and was very personable. He went right to work going through his steps to troubleshoot the issue. He quickly identified the problem with the breaker wire and corrected it. Noting that the problem can often occur when screws come loose securing the wire into the breaker, he quickly went over all other breakers and tightened the screw to avoid a repoeat problem. In wrap up, he answered any other questions that I had about other electrical servicesat another property, explaining the Company's capabilities.
This was a somewhat tricky job as we live in a log house and the installation was direct to a boardceiling, not a cavity ceiling as in a normal house. Installer was flexible enough to run electrical cable down wall to a regular outlet. My only complaint was that the cord used was too heavy gage - it's black and quite thick.
The service was fine.I have no complaints with their service and I am pleased.

We bought an Angies List deal for two hours of electric labor since we moved into a house that we (mostly) renovated, but still had some smaller things to take care of. They put up a chandelier, ceiling fan and switched out several outlets. Eric was great and we were very happy. We'd for sure use them again.
