I was very pleased with the service, and was amazed at how much work they were able to do in so little time.

Very happy with the work. They were on-time, went right to work, and completed the job in 1/2 hour. Once the surge protector was installed he then explained how it worked and what I needed to do if I did have an electrical surge in the house. Very impressed.
Eric arrived on time and had called about 15 minutes before arriving to make sure we were home. After checking out the areas involved, he got right to work and completed the outdoor outlet installation very quickly - and neatly. Scheduling the appointments was easy, and the installers were in and out of each home in less than 20 minutes. The installers were extremely professional and courteous. The only issue was despite a confirmation of the installation date on the Virginia home, there was a mix up and the installer didn't show. We probably would have cancelled but for the fact we had already paid for it. The gentleman was polite and efficient and answered all of my questions. After he left, I had a follow-up question about whether the outlet would also support a microwave. He took my call and also took the time to answer my question and give me some options even though he had already been paid. I really appreciated that .
David called about 15 minutes before he got here, well inside his window. We had purchased a light fixture that we were unable to install ourselves due to a loose junction box. David got straight to work, going up in to the attic to try and tighten it, but ultimately determined the entire junction box needed to be replaced. He worked quickly but took the time to make sure everything was straight and to our satisfaction.
We contacted Certified Electrical Technologies because there were some general electrical repairs on our home after a home inspection. Our electrician was prompt, professional, fast and affordable. We needed two new outlets, a garbage disposal repair, a new doorbell and a light fixture secured. The service we received was top notch. I will recommend Certified Electrical Technologies to all my friends and we will use them again in the future.
