Great experience from the appointment to the installation. The technician (Alan) was very helpful in creating an effective lighting plan for a very dark kitchen. He was patient with me as we worked through the right placement. I will be bringing him back to do some additional work in another room.
The hole was already in the ceiling, but it had to be adjusted to avoid joist in ceiling. Putting power to the hole went smoothly. Adding the remote control to the fan, not so well. My house has a shallow roof, so it took a lot of effort for the electrician to run a wire down the exterior wall for the remote control switch. They do excellent work at a decent price. They are very easy to work with because (1) you can always get someone on the telephone, (2) they have multiple good electricians who they can turn to, and (3) they are very punctual and professional. i give them very high marks. While I've worked with other good electricians, they have become my go-to company for electrical work.
I have had them out a couple of times and they were very good. The price was reasonable. They were responsive, they came on time, and they were pleasant to deal with. They followed up afterwards to make sure the service was good so that was very positive.
The electrician explained everything he was doing and properly labelled all of the wires and circuits. I was very pleased with his work.
I called, described the problem and was told what may be the problem and given a basic estimate, that is, the hourly rate, over the phone with the understanding that it could be more if the problem entailed more work. The electrician arrived during the early part of the time frame which I appreciated. He was professional, courteous and did good work. I would definitely use them again.
The Technician arrived on time and was very professional. As I watched the Technician work, he was polite and patient and explained the installation and any problems that he may have encountered. The Technician appeared to be very knowledgeable about his work.
The person I spoke with answers all my questions. They could not do the work because of the type of electrical box I have.
CET did a wonderful job. They were prompt, professional and they worked fast. I bought the Angie's List deal for $125 for 2 hours of electrical work. They came out on time and it only took an hour to install a flood light in the front of the house where no light originally existed. The work was seamless and the light works perfectly.
