There was overwhelming response to this offer and it took a while to book a time. Once I did though, everything was smooth sailing. The electrician was prompt and courteous. When I showed him the problem, he acknowledged the need and went straight to work. He put in a junction box and buttoned all the wires to the joists. It was a very professional and clean job! It went well. I purchased a big deal from them. They scheduled me in a timely fashion. When the workers were in my home, they were pleasant and easy to communicate with. The light fixtures were installed quickly and they way I wanted. Also, months later I was ready to have them come out and do a service call and they told me how to fix the problem over the phone so I didn't have to pay!
CET was professional and the tech was super, explaining everything simply to my wife and making her feel comfortable. Everything was fixed and has remained in great condition.
Ok. Will not hire again if project requires cutting into drywall.

My technician did a great job of explaining what was wrong with the wiring problem that I was encountering, the techniican was extremely prompt and knowledgeable.
