Excellent. They scheduled a convenient time and day; arrived on scheduled date and time; did the work effeciently and with skill; and left.
I was very happy with the work that was performed. I was contacted almost immediately after purchasing the BIG DEAL and was able to get an appointment that suited my schedule and that was fairly soon after I called. Altho I bought the coupon in the spring, I did not use it until months later. On calling to make the appointment, Steve was a rather irrascible fellow - constantly repeating what the coupon did not include. Based on his interaction, I considered not utilizing the coupon, but I had paid, sowent forward with it. I have a contract with a home warranty company and CES is the company they referred me to. Was having issues with power shutting off and on in a few rooms of my house. About an hour before the technician arrived the power came back on...and stayed on for several hours. The technician stayed for about 45 minutes to try to diagnose the issue but with there being no issues at the time he was there, he had to leave.
It went very well. Be sure to check for any coupons Angies List provides.
The tech arrived on time and performed the services efficiently. Some changes had to be made to the original plan that were thoroughly explained by the tech.The first visit from Certified Electrical Technologies was the result of my purchasing a Big Deal from Angie's List. I was so please I arranged to have this additional service performed. I would recommend them to my friends and family without hesitation.
Job went extremely well. Got an Angie'sBig Deal offer for $129 for 2hr of electrical work for Certified Eletrical Technologies (CET). Called for the appointment. Talked Steve, whom asked about the work to be done, and he madesure what I was requesting could be done in a 2hr period.
