The electrician came and replaced the outlets and they now work perfectly. He was professional and on-time. He also worked quickly and efficiently.

The first person I spoke to was friendly enough, but when the electrician called me back to make the appointment, I had a lot of questions and he seemed somewhat short with me. The project was also going to be a lot more involved than I anticipated so I ended up requesting a refund rather than hire them.
We have been lucky to have the same technician - Rob -with each visit as hewas a very conscientious professional who tried tocomplete each jobcorrectly the first time. During the latest visit, Rob tried to install a newexhaust fan in our bathroom since the replacement motor failed, though it was not for a lack of trying. When each effort to custom-make the motor failed he suggested that a new fan was probably in order.
