I called and got a speedy response. Scheduled the apt. Technician came out on time. Reviewed scope of work. They completed al. Work in a professional manner and were courteous. I would call them again.

The tech I had did a great job. Porchlight was a little complicated so took extra time over theAL coupon I had. Without the coupon labor rate is a littlehigh, but both jobs for me were high quality and I would definately consider them again for future.

An initial estimate was given based on the parts and labor for this job. The final bill was within the estimate given. Everyone I spoke to on the phone as well as the two electricians who performed the work were professional. I was told how long the work would take as well as what was required for them to do the work. This type of job required a permit as well as a final inspection after their work was done. This couldn't of gone any smoother. The technician came and assessed what I wanted done, discussed my options and gave his opinion and was done in a couple of hours.

The electrician arrived on time, and was very good. He immediately diagnosed the cause of the problem and said it was easy to fix. He took care of it in 30 minutes, and since I pre-paid for two hours, he agreed to return another day to install light dimmers. I went and bought the dimmers, and he retuned as agreed and installed them. He did a very good job, and was very efficient.

Great. Very competent. Was able to show me that the wiring in the basement was sound, even if the layout was a bit unusual. Another contractor wanted to charge me $21k to rip out the entire ceiling and walls and check. He also pointed out that the main line into the house was cracked, and that needs to be replaced eventually. Later, I called them because I was having flickering in the lights in the basement, and thought I might need to add a new circuit. Team was very punctual and clear in terms of communication. Put holes in the ceiling to put electrical wiring and lights. they did not patch the holes but this was understandable since they told us that this is not part of the scope of work.
