I had purchased a coupon for a $75ceiling fan installation. I called the company an asked if I could have some other electrical work done while the electrician was there. They said fine and gave me a quote for the work. When the electrician arrived he did not know anything about the conversation I had with the company and was so busy with the work generated by this coupon that he couldn't fit it into his schedule. When I called to make an appointment with the company, we dicussed request (project) and time & materials needed. The tech arrived and we dicussed projects, time and additional cost if needed. He placed a tarp ( in the small hallway) assessed needs and began. I was somewhat puzzled because he made several trips to his truck to get and retrive??.. more than 3x times. The technician inadvertently disconnected existing switch. Returned the next day and reconnected the switch. The technicianwas timely and worked efficiently and cleaned up waste material. I would use the company again

Betweena series of family health crises and the winter holidays, we did not contact the electrical company and they did not call us. When we were planning for other work on the house in early spring, my husband decided to call them, even though the deadline to use the Deal had passed. They were very agreeable and offered to honor the purchased Deal anyway. They sent out a man within a week! Dave called in advance to tell me he was coming. He arrived on time and displayed absolute professionalism. He had an opportunity just to sell me a new fan, but he repaired my old one. His troubleshooting skills enabled him to fix a non-functional outlet that another electrician had previously stated would not function without a complete, multi-thousand-dollarre-wiring of my home.

Good customer service in setting up the appointment. Rep called ahead to alert us of his arrival. Dave was very professional and answered our questions and accomplished all his work in a timely manner.

We had a breaker trip and it would not resert. We called CET, and they set up an appointment. The technician called before he came as promised and showed up right on time. He was clean, courteous and professional. Because the circuit in question was on the 3rd floor, and the breaker box was on the first floor, he had to go up and down the stairs several times to diagnose the problem.
