Eric called 30 minutes before he was supposed to arrive and was right on time. He came in and finished the job in 2.5 hours so I only had to pay an additional $45 for 30 minutes of service and $30 for a new box for the wall that was suitable for the ceiling fan to be put in. I asked him if I could help put the ceiling fan together and he let me, to cut down on time. I was really impressed with how professional and how nice he was. It was kind of difficult to change to bulb in the lamp but they took care of it for me. I had a good experience with them and I would use them again if I needed.

The experience was very good from start to finish. Certified was very helpful in accomodating my tenant's schedule by making the appointment late in the day. The technician arrived promptly and was very polite and efficient, and quickly fixed the problem.
CET arrived on time and did a great job.The technicianknew his stuff and took the time to do the job right. He clearly explained what he was going to do, and always asked before making decisions that would effect the "look" of the work being done. Great job, I am keeping these guys on my "hot list"
It all went exceedingly well, and I was very happy with the work and with the technician who performed the tasks!!
