CET contacted me via phone and email the same day I purchased the two Angie's List coupons to schedule a time to perform the requested services. Unfortunately, Iwas very busy with work and could not respond to CET for about a month. When ready, I contacted CET and was able to schedule for the services to be performed within 10 days of scheduling. They promptly responded to my e-mail and provided an accurate estimate. The office personnel were very courteous. They scheduled me for my preferred Saturday morning and didn't charge extra for working on the weekend. Rick the electrician gave me helpful recommendations and was very prompt and professional. When the kitchen light had to be replaced a second time because the light was broken, the company gave me half off the return visit even though it was not the company or technician's fault the light was broken.They follow... read more

My husband recently installed a new light fixture and the directions stated that you should consult w/ an electrician about the wire rating if your home was built before 1985. That prompted me to look for a home electrical inspection (especially since our home inspector missed some things when we bought this house 5 years ago). I called CET and Dustin answered the phone. We have them scheduled to come out again to do some more work. They were prompt and professional. Their price was good. The price was less than what they quoted us. They finished the work before they had told uswhat it would take.

On the phone before the appointment, I was advised to buy a replacement fan in case the repair couldn't be made. Although this was not necessary, it was nice to be prepared. The electrician tended to and repaired several light switches that had also been damaged by the lightning strike. He was professional and very helpful. I will definitely use CET again, but hopefully not too soon! May the lightning god hear my plea.

The man who came out installed nine lights in just over six hours. He was fantastic; he was on time, efficient, he cleaned up after himself and he checked to see that everything worked. They are all excellent every year and when I call to make arrangements, they ask questions and that helps get the process done well when they get here. I rate them highly and will continue to use them in the future.

From the first call to Certified Electical Technologies to the completion of the work, I was very satisfied! They listened carefully to the problems I was having, quickly set up a day for service and offered an estimate. All was followed up by an e-mail. Phil did not waste any time but went right to work,didn't leave a mess, and gave a helpful hint about how to safely solve a minorelectrical problem. Would definitely use Certified ElectricalTechnologies for future electrical work!
