The technician came on time,and worked from a list of electrical repairs that we needed. He was very efficient, and repaired sockets and installed switches both inside and outside. He repaired a canister ceiling lamp in the kitchen which had never worked during our 18 years of living in this house! So we were very pleased with his work. We contracted for 2 hours and he completed his work in this time. All around a good experience.

Contacted Certified and Dustin handled my call. As I had two hours of work I went over the different tasks I wanted accomplished. He asked for photos of the under the sink, the kitchen locations of the wall switch and the panel. We discussed the task and he informed me the task could take two hours to accomplish pending the access to everything. We then scheduled the appointment on Saturday which was a bonus to us. The rep arrived, installed the protector, checked my alarms and some problem outlets, and explained the process and costs in upgrading to a new fuse box and fixing the problem outlets. It was very useful and informtive session. Moreover, due to a mixup I was charged more than originally intended, but when I discovered the error, Certified immediately corrected it and charged me the agreed upon amount, even though that amount had actually been less than the Big Deal I had purchased. They were responsive and helpful.

I purchased an Angie's' List Deal for 2 hours of electrical work. It took 2 calls and over a month of waiting for them to be ready to come over. Apparently that was a popular deal. I talked about the project with the owner and he expected 3 or 4 hours of work. The electrician showed up on time. He was competent and was able to finish the work in just under 2 hours. So I was not charged any extra labor fee. They charged me for the parts and their prices were very reasonable. Competent and fair price. I would use them again.

First, I would like to say this company is very flexible. I was unable to keep the original appointment, they were understanding and rescheduled to another day that was more convenient for me and they were pleasant about it. On the morning of the service, I received a call advising they were enroute. Two gentlemen arrived and asked me to provide them with the details of my problem and they went straight to work.
