The job was tough to estimate as it wasnt possible until the lights were taken apart to really see what was going on. Gary, the owner, gave me an initial estimate which was very fair and I could have stayed within that figure but Forest his electrician, advised me of helpful options at each stage of the repair and any extra costs involved. It was a good experience overall. Their quality of work was good and they were responsive. They were a good company and I would use them again in the future.
Professional approach to the job, no unnecessary chatter. Understood what was required, and performed minor change to the contract. All contractors should take note from him and the service. Estimate time the standard 12-3, he called ten minutes prior to ensure that I was home, and again, performed to the contract.
Called, got someone, set up a time. They came as promised, fixed the light and charged me. Nothing fancy or complicated - it just went right.

Very good with older houses. Had to run a bid conduit through our house. Electricians mostly want new construction and he did not; willing to work with older homes.
