Forest seems to be very skilled as well as up to date on technologies such as LEDs. Forest did most of the work and had some aesthetic recommendations (light placements) based on lots of experience that REALLY make the place look great! The service technician Glenn Bablicki arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and quickly replaced the faulty plug. In the process he pointed out where the installer had erred and connected the wall plug with an alternate connection which should avoid repeating the problem in the future. Upon arrival Glenn donned booties which was much appreciated. The charge for the repairs took into account the Angie's List discount which was applied without request on my part.

I emailed the company for an estimate, and Gary was very helpful in trying to help me figure out the problem on my own, via email. However, when it was decided that someone would have to come out to my house and look at the unit, Gary lost touch with me. This was over a holiday weekend, so that may have been part of the problem. I finally called Gary, and he was able to send out a tech the next day. Project went fine. Moving one from the family room to a bedroom and installing a new fan in the family room. They were efficient, courteous and thorough. It took a little longer than expected due to the configuration of the fan but it was handled very well. The electrician wanted to make sure there was no problem in the wiring before completing the job. I would definitely use them again.

Technician arrived within 10 minutes of schedule. He called 30 minutes earlier to confirm. Discussed what needed to be done. Had to investigate the best alternative to running the new AC circuit from the upstairs kitchen to the basement breaker panel box. He installed the circuit and 2nd outlet (+ cable) in the kitchen using my existing spare circuit breaker. He mounted two other spare breakers I had on hand to have as spares.
