Chad did a great job for us with two mortgages over two years. He was concise, kept us from making mistakes, and spoke in plain english. Perfect amount of communication-- not too much and certainly not too little. Always attentive to deadlines and paperwork and spotted any issues immediately. I didnt even shop for rates on second mortgage with Johnson for new home purchase-- I just called Chad.

I used Chad in 2006 to buy my first home, as well as refinancing several subsequent times. My wife and I could not have been happier! Not only did he always get us the best deal but he always made himself available and was quick with an answer. Plus, he’s incredibly patient. Each time we used him, I probably peppered him with the same fifty questions and he was always more than happy to explain everything…again…and again.

I have worked with Chad on a purchase mortgage, as well as a refinance. He is easily accessible and always responds to questions quickly. The loan process with Chad was the most efficient I have experienced. Highly recommended!

I have owned three different homes over the years. I financed all three and constructed two of them. I worked with two different lenders on my first two homes and I thankfully chose Chad to handle the construction loan on my third/current home. Chad is awesome to work with! He assisted my husband and I in purchasing our first home in Chicago. My wife and I purchased our new home in 2013 with a loan through Chad at Johnson Bank. He was very quick to respond and got us everything we needed to submit an offer and ultimately close on our new house. The fees and rates were below what others were advertising as well. We also refinanced the loan when rates dropped in 2014 with Chad. I would highly recommend him to friends and family. When we buy our next home we will work with Chad again.
