Chad sold my house in 2002. He is the best realtor around the Brainerd Lakes Area. One thing I really like about him is he follows through- he has my aunt and uncle's place listed now and he calls them to update them on what is going on. Communication is so important and Chad certainly does that!!! He is #1 in my book!

If you want to sell your house in a timely, professional manner, I would give Chad Schwendeman a call. His advertising program is far superior to any agent in the area. My wife and I were very impressed on how fast the whole process was. If you want your house sold give Chad Schwendeman a call.

Chad and his staff were simply incredible. We have worked with a number of Realtors in the past. Chad's marketing was truly out of this world. He advertised like he said he would. His marketing produces results and allowed us to sell our home in less than a month. His staff was always very pleasant to work with. We have found our Realtor for life and we will never use agent. We interviewed three of the top Realtors in the Brainerd Lakes Area. Chad showed us comparable homes that had sold on our lake, he also shared his marketing strategy and how he would communicate with us. What was interesting is another Realtor gave us a higher price and we felt he was just trying to tell us what we wanted to hear. Chad conducted a comprhensive market analysis and made recommendations on pricing. I selected the high end and when listed there were 18 showings the first week and one low offer which he negotiated over the period of one week up to the price I was looking for! Great job marketing and assisting with all the details through closing. Best experience I have had with a realtor in over 40 years and buying and selling more than 15 residential properties. He is great.

Chad and staff, Thanks for the great job in handling our house sale! We trusted you to price it as close to what the market would ultimately dictate, and we had an offer in 22 hours. This one failed but a second a month later came closer, and with creative negotiating, it was a done deal in another week. After all was said and done, it sold for less than 1% of where Chad said it would. However, that was not the best part of dealing with you folks…it was the communication! My wife and I chose Chad Schwendeman after having used other realtors in the past, we did so based on his reputation and his work ethic.
