We had a great experience with Chad when trying to sell a current home and purchase another. He made it happen and we ended up selling and buying in one day. He couldn't of made it any smoother.

Excellent experience working with Chad. His marketing skills were better than any other realty co. I have used in the past. I absolutely would recommend selling/buying a home with his company .

Chad and his entire staff were extremely professional and responsive. We never had to worry what was going on with the sale of our property because they would give us updates as soon as they had information to share. Chad was able to negotiate the sale of our house without asking us to lower our price. He knew what our price point was and that’s what he got us. There was no pressure. I would highly recommend Chad for any real-estate buying or selling!

We have purchased eleven homes and sold nine homes with a proportionate number of realtors. Chad Schwendeman is absolutely the best; no other realtor in our experience even comes close to his level of competence. We were and continue to be impressed with his: marketing, communication, availability, responsiveness, knowledge and professionalism. We highly recommend Chad Schwendeman without reservation.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience in purchasing our new cabin in the Brainerd lakes area this spring. Chad is extremely responsive and knowledgable. He knows the lakes and the area so well that he was able to guide us with an expert hand through the decision process. He is also plesent to work with. At the end of our first day looking at properties Chad felt like a friend. Chad impressed us in so many ways but what I found so refreshing is the way he continued to work with us and for us well after the purchase a... read more

Chad's knowledge of the market and the area surpasses anyone else! He also had great patience when I viewed many, many houses until I found the perfect one... and then had patience again as I took a new job and needed to sell quickly! What a pleasure to work with!! And, my son liked hanging out with him too!! Thanks Chad!!

Chad is very dedicated in buying or selling your home. Countless hours were spent on showings, open houses, ads etc. Chad has represented me in a previous home purchase in the Brainerd Lakes Area and most recently the sale of my home. I feel honored to have Chad and his team assisting me with all of my realtor needs.
