Chad is very knowledgeable about the Brainerd Lakes area and market. He is very dedicated to helping his clients sell and buy homes. He is quick to reply to every email and phone call. In fact, he negotiated the sale of our home while on vacation with his family, putting just as much time and effort into the process as he would have while working from his office. We had been with a different agent in the Brainerd Lakes area and never felt we where a team. I was lied too and mislead during the sale of my cabin. My agent did not listen to me about closing date issues, and I was locked out of my cabin before final cleaning and removal of property. Was laughed at by agent and told I should be happy since it sold for more than list. Was told septic system repair was twice as much than other quotes I received. I made decisions based on info told to me by my agent, which turns out not to be true. Made Chad aware and he just ignores us. So much for customer service. I am disgusted si... read more

Was not happy at all with my experience. Amanda never initiated anything with me. Not even calling me up to introduce herself. I would not hear anything for a week or two and I would have to contact her to see what was going on. Just extremely disappointed with EVERYTHING having to do with your company. Would never to recommend anybody.
