Always an excellent meal. Meat was cooked properly and always fresh and available as they have a sufficient customer flow to keep it that way. As far as churrascarias in the United States go, this one rates on the top of the scale. Just wish the cost were closer to the ones in Rio. Also, I just think the price of a caipirinha is a bit too high. It's not like a few years ago when you could not find cachaca easily. You can get it anywhere nowadays. It's a $10 drink, not $14.....otherwise, I will be back!
This is my youngest’s most favorite place to celebrate his birthdays. Yesterday he turned 18 and again this establishment helped to make it a happy affair. Brought my eldest son with us, he had never been, he too was extremely satisfied with the experience and now wants to celebrate his next birthday here as well. Thank you for helping to make wonderful memories in such an awesome dining experience
Amazing experience as always! The servers really make sure that your table is always taken care of when it comes to meats, sides, and drinks. Great managements as well, they consistently go to each table to ensure guests are getting that quality experience. The only thing I wish Chama Gaucha had included in the experience is fruit with the salad bar haha! I will definitely be back!!!!
Muy rico, un restaurante Brasileño y solo 1 hablaba portugués, le faltan variedad de cortes fueron muy pocos los disponibles en ese momento, muy caro contra lo que ofrecen, va en decadencia, era de mis favoritos antes

Always enjoy coming here with family and friends. Everything about Chama Gaucha is great. My wife and I come here often and it always amazes us how great of an experience we have each time. Best Brazilian Steakhouse by far in San Antonio, and potentially the best I’ve been to in Texas.
