The service and the food was excellent. Staff was very friendly and attentive. One of our favorite restaurants.

Great spot for special occasions. Loved that they had high chairs for our little one.
My 2 sons and I took my husband here for Father's Day 2023. It was the PERFECT place for a celebration. I truly felt sorry for the folks who had either forgotten to make a reservation or chose the place at the last minute. I made our reservation for 6:30 p.m. As we were checking in, others were being told there was a 90-minute wait. AND THEY SAID, "OK!" Not that it's not worth the wait - it DEFINITELY is. Just that I almost felt bad being led to our table 5 minutes after we checked in. Almost!

I treated my Father & brother for Father's Day, they had never been there. It was busy the Saturday of Father's Weekend so the place was pretty packed. Even though the restaurant was packed we received excellent service. Karina our server was outstanding and kind the entire time. The Managers came to our table and asked if we needed anything including any meets that had not yet made it our table. Definitely going back again soon.
We have been to Chauma Gaucha several times and each visit have made us feel like royalty with their exceptional service and incredible quality food selection. We have been to a few Brazilian steak house restaurants and there is none better than Chauma Gaucha!
Went for the Father’s Day lunch. My husband and his dad loved it. The servers are extremely attentive but there are a LOT of them so the entire dining room is a lot of moving people and it can be a little loud. The food was outstanding. Just be prepared that there is a lot going on.
Well worth the experience. I've been several times. Never disappointed.
