The serving staff provided outstanding service and were very attentive
Third trip this week. Great as always but this time we did not get a great rotation of meats and they were far in between visits.
Our company has hosted its annual end-of-year dinner at Chama Gaucha for the last several years. Our staff always enjoy the food, drink, and service. I'm sure we'll continue the tradition for years to come.
One thing I will say they always have phenomenal service! Love the staff , always super nice and friendly! Also the food is great, and fresh.
The waiters were lovely! Very elegant and nice place. We were all treated very well. I will be back. My birthday was special, the cake taste amazing.
Food was great as always. Service from the gentlemen who serve the feast was equally great. What was not great was the service from our primary server. She wasn't attentive, not as friendly as normally expected and I don't believe she gave us the amount of wine (by the glass) we paid for. Additionally it must have taken 20 - 25 minutes for our dinner guests to get their cocktails. The managers were the ones who had to refill our water glasses. Of all the times we have eaten here, this was the poorest service.
Every time we visit town we eat here and absolutely love it, the food and service is absolutely unmatched!! Love to see the crew work together to make sure every customer's every need is taken care of.
At this point, we have been visiting Chama Guacha for so long(yearsssss), that we don’t just go for the amazing food. We also come for the staff. Most people that work there have been there for several years. The retention of staff is superb and kudos to the owner for valuing their staff enough to hold onto them, because they are gems!! Their standards of service is unmatched. We feel like family when we visit and that’s why we keep coming. And let’s not forget to be thankful for Jafar sauce!
