This was my first time and I loved it!!! The service was remarkable! And the food...... it just kept coming! I didn’t get to taste desert because I was stuffed but the drinks were great! Overall, I will be returning soon!

Wonderful food and service
we loved the atmosphere and the employees were exceptional. the Salad bar was good and the additional food oh table, potatoes bread was nice. Your Meat was a great variety but is was very very seasoned and most a little salty. Most people don't need the additional salt. it was moist and delicious but Salty. other than that i would recommend to other with the mention to watch the outer cuts of meat because over seasoned. i love the place and the Employees....
Favorite San Antonio restaurant! I can’t eat certain seasonings and they fix food just for me. The salad bar is to die for!
Manager was working the floor and always making sure we were taken care of. Lots of options for meat, all cooked perfectly. Not too loud, nice lighting, always someone checking to see if you need something. Price is similar to a fancy steak house but you get endless steak and sides here, and get so many options compared to just one type at a traditional style steak house.
The food and staff was simply amazing!! Expensive so more for special occasions, but a great time! We usually go for my sons bday, loves it. The salad bar alone is an experience then all the different types of meat you can try. I love tasting everything so it's nice to be able to sample everything (different steaks to lamb, sausage, chickens, and so on) or can have as much as you want of one thing it's up to you. Amazing experience as usual, our favorite restaurant in San Antonio, we are foodies, so we’ve visited already almost all the good places, but for sure Chama Gaucha it’s the family favorite. Staff are amazing, always very attentive, and willing to help however they can; the food it’s exquisite and high grade quality, the ambiance it’s great.
