We celebrated our new year and it was an good experience as usual .. service was excellent...
Have eaten here several times and am never disappointed. The service was superb on this visit. Asking for certain cuts was not a problem and they arrived as requested. I will definitely return again and again.

Great salad bar and amazing steak. Service is always fast and attentive. Get the cheesecake for dessert. Restaurant can get loud with the number of people at busy times.
I have been here two times, once for an anniversary and recently for a New Year’s Eve dinner with a party of three, and both times I have been extremely impressed!!! The food is absolutely delicious and the service is everything you could hope for, everyone is super attentive and quick to get you anything you need. I had a cucumber mint martini and it was so good and refreshing! Their desserts are also fantastic!!!! I recommend Chama Gaucha 100%!
Crowded, noisy, service not quite as fast as usual but understandable since it was ny eve and they had over 1800 reservations!!! we were one of the first seated. still a great value

We had reservations for 4:30 at Chama Gaucha on New Year’s Eve. This was our first visit and it won’t be our last! The service was impeccable. The food is fantastic! We tried to take our time - as the waitstaff advised so kindly. We wanted to enjoy the entire experience. I watched as more NYE diners cane in, couples and families.
