As always, the food was amazing and did not disappoint! We came in at the top of the lunch hour, so there was a crowd up front, and noise levels were high. Our waitress was very attentive and personable, with a good sense of humor. All-in-all, a good experience. One complaint: when paying, the cashier did not credit the $160.00 in gift cards I included with my credit card, and erroneously put the entire amount on my card. Love the place but maybe because it was the Christmas season, my god it was loud. There were 3 of us and THERE was no conversation, to the point that it really kinda squelched the evening for one of us. I'll be back I suppose but will have to be early. I'd prefer evening but jesus not in that loud of an environment.
I’ve been eating here few times and today was my most satisfying time. I had the courage to request my favorite cut and the guys very much on the ball in bringing the cut of meat I asked. This is the best Brazilian Steak House in town having been to the other ones. Service always great and staff are very attentive to our needs!
Every time I visit this place, the service, food, and staff are always consistently excellent. They are always so polite and ensure you are well taken care of. Customer service skills are amazing! I love this place and your WILL get yours $$$ worth!
We have been going to Chama Gaucha SA for about 6 years and always have an excellent experience. During this time we have gone from no kids, pregnancy, infants to toddlers and a lot of the staff have followed along. Clearly they are couple and family friendly. Service is always excellent and we are always greeted by multiple people who are truly glad to see us and that we are back. So both of us like well done meat and prefer a small number of cuts. We have been there before. The food is always good. This time, it was for a birthday celebration. They made me feel like a King. My wife could not believe the fast service and how friendly the staff was. We will definitely be back.
