You know, it's a unique dining experience going to a Brazilian Steakhouse like this. But Chama Gaucha is in a league all its own. The quality of their food, and their service, is second to none. And, while their entrees and sides are delicious, the initial draw for us is the salad bar. Simply the best!

My family and I went to Chama Gaucha for our Wedding Anniversary. The atmosphere was warm and cozy with excellent service and the meal was fantastic! The Creme Brûlée’s was out of this world so save room for dessert! Thank you for a wonderful Anniversary meal!
Food and service is outstanding but it is noisy and crowded in the restaurant. And a tacky giant screen in the lobby by the bar. Not as upscale in ambiance as I had hoped but I'd absolutely return because of the food and service.
The food and service is always exceptional. It is our favorite "Brazilian" style restaurant in San Antonio.
Overall, the atmosphere is the most appealing. Being served slices of meat and always being catered to (clean plates, fresh drinks, etc.), makes this an excellent dinner choice for special occasions. Although, you will pay a hefty price for dinner and may want to choose lunch since it is much cheaper. Most would agree that the price you pay is well worth it.
