Chama Gaucha is, perhaps, the best overall restaurant experience in San Antonio. The food is excellent the service is unbeatable and the ambience is great! A must if you haven't been.
Service is top of the scale. You dont get a server you are given a whole staff.
I have been to this restaurant for many family and work celebrations. I have recommended to many family, friends and business associates, that reach a mile long. The staff & Owner make me feel like I am the only patron in the room. My children and friends cannot stop talking about an Amazing experience! Perfectly lovely anniversary date. Wonderful wine list, extravagant salad and cheese bar, unbelievable table carved meats. The manager brought us beautiful dessert to celebrate. It definitely is a special occasion date, but our hands down favorite!
Brought my granddaughter for her 17th birthday dinner. She was blown away...her words. My daughter and I were impressed as well. With all of our business travel and meals, that's not easy to do. The service, wait staff and food was phenominal. The staff makes you feel as if they are there for only your beckon call.
