We were celebrating Mother’s Day early. Our waiter was excellent even though he seemed to have quite a few tables to deal with. The food was very delicious but it didn’t appear that the meat selections were very many and they were a lot slower coming to our table as I remember from a prior visit. Nonetheless, this is an experience that everyone should try at least once and I consider this particular restaurant to be the favorite compared to the other Brazilian steakhouses located here in San Antonio.
My husband and I are frequently in San Antonio and make plans to visit Chama Gaucha as often as possible. We have gone alone or taken friends and family - - everybody loves this restaurant. From its outstanding service to the wonderful salad bar and perfectly prepared meat on a Brazilian skewer offerings, you just cannot go wrong at this restaurant. It is always an excellent culinary adventure over here.
