The food was just absolutely wonderful. Just have to be careful not to fill up at the salad bar - difficult since so many tasty options. Will definately be back.

The salad bar was awesome. There was a great variety of meats brought out one after the other and they would ask if you had a special request for a different kind of meat, such as bacon wrapped filet. The cheesy bread was delicious. Never had an empty plate. Had the cheesecake for dessert, so good.
First visit with my wife. Exceptional service! Everyone was very attentive, friendly, and professional. The food was excellent and that was the best salad bar I’ve seen. We both very much enjoyed it and would not hesitate to go back.
We always love coming here for special occasions. Chama Gaucha has always had the best tasting food and wonderful service. The lamb is always seasoned on point and never leaves us unsatisfied. Come hungry and even if the salad bar has everything you like, don't fill up on it!!! The meat is the star of the dinner!!
Another outstanding meal with some of our friends. Service was excellent like always. Food is awesome. Great atmosphere and ambient. We drive 70 miles to eat there and did never regret it. Great for Special Occasions or just a fun and great dinner with friends. A special thank you to MANAGER JORDAN for always paying attention, that we had everything we wanted and more!
Had a wonderful dinner this weekend. Our server Juan was awesome - very friendly, attentive and professional. He was so helpful trying to make our toddler comfortable throughout dinner. All of the servers were great about seeking out the cuts of meat that we wanted at our desired temps. Everything was well-seasoned, caiphrina perfect and desert - Fireball Cheesecake *amazing* One of our favorite places in SA. Thanks for another great evening.
I was hesitant about coming here. I originally wanted to go to Texas de Brazil but they weren’t open. I am so glad we came here. The service was phenomenal, the waiters were always at your service refilling the side dishes and your drinks. The food was just as amazing. The leg of lamb was so juicy and flavorful. It was not gamey at all. The only thing I didn’t like was the sausage. This place was amazing! 11/10 reccomend!
Visited Chama Gaucha for the first time with guests and it was an excellent dining experience. The staff were professional, friendly and provided excellent customer service. The food was delicious and served piping hot and fresh from the kitchen. In addition, there was a variety of selections to choose from in the salad bar. This is a great place to dine and would recommend it to everyone.
