It was pricey but the meat was exceptional. That said, the salad bar was just so-so. If you are a vegetarian this option is extraordinarily expensive for not much offering. Service is exceptional.

Service was impeccable. All servers were friendly and gracious. Highly recommend on all levels. Definitely a top level restaurant. Meats were savory and delicious. Great value for the amount of food provided. All around outstanding.
Chama Gaucha does not disappoint! The food was amazing (both the salad bar and the selection/quality/taste of all the meats. All the meats were USDA Prime and the prime rib was aged 65 days. Beyond the food, the service was incredibly good. My wife and I were continually impressed as the staff floated around, never in the way but always there when you needed them . I highly recommend Chama Gaucha for any special occasion. It is a bit pricey, but worth it.
The service is always on point. The salad bar and meat choices are amazing. There is something for everyone. They check on you throughout your meal and accommodate the best they can for specific meat requests.
