Super Service combined with delicious foods, excellent variety and pleasant atmosphere. One of the best dining experiences for meat lovers who also enjoy a wonderful salad bar.

Absolutely fabulous, as always. The food is wonderful, but the service is second to none. Do not skip the salad bar. It's a great part of the whole experience.
When we want to go out for a special occasion, Chama is our choice. We have been dining here for the last 8 years. We went tonight for my birthday and it didn't disappoint. The salad bar was fresh with terrific selections. The bread was hot and tasty. The wine selection is impeccable as well. But.....the meat, as always, was cooked to perfection! This was our second visit to Chama. The food is wonderful and the service sublime. My only criticism is that the meats were a little salty when you got the outside crust and I have been dieting recently so I wasn't able to take advantage of all the wonderful choices.
Food amazing! Every bite was delicious. From the signature cocktail, each skewer content, to the grand finale desert (Fireball Cheesecake); was great. Service amazing! From the time we walked in, the professionalism and courtesy was outstanding. Lucas waited on us and was without question one of the best we have experienced in SA. It is expensive, but i would not consider it overpriced since you get great quality and service throughout the entire experience. This WILL be part of our Fine Dining rotation!
I am originaly from brazil and travel there often. Chama gaucha is better than these types of restaurants in brazil. I highly recommend it. Make sure to try the cow ribs (well done is how you eat this cut) and the house special called picanha.
