Absolutely wonderful from the moment we walked in the service was Impeccable. Comfortable seating and ambiance. Great wine selection and variety at the saladbar.Watching the servers move through the venue was like watching a ballet, and the table side service was so much fun. I suggest making a reservation as they get very busy and finish off with the flaming Expresso drink it's perfect to finish the night and write the spectacle!!!! Looking forward to many more visits with family, friends and business associates.
The service was excellent! The wait is well-trained, very polite, very knowledgeable, exceptionally friendly, fast, & ready to accommodate your every request. The food is exquisite! What more can we say? We enjoyed everything about Chama Gaucha, San Antonio!
I took my boyfriend there for his bday and we got exceptional service, the food was great. SO MANY OPTIONS to choose from. Will definitely be back! Loved it!!!!

This is a great restaurant. Fun and great food. Our party had two kids, a teenager, and three adults. I was thrilled to discover multiple gluten free options, including the bread. I asked for a flaming cheesecake to celebrate a birthday but was disappointed out server had a problem lighting the liguor. Took away from the surprise experience.

Chama Gaucha never disappoints. This place always provides excellent service and the food is top quality. This place is great for celebrations but I also recommend it for lunch anytime.
The food was fabulous. Only 1 complaint was the gaucho with the filet mignon said he would be back with a more cooked piecs, but never came back. Our waitress was fabulous, when we wanted a particular cut of meat, she sent it over. A little pricey but worth it. We went for our anniversary and they gave us (on the house) a chocolate mousse cake that was to die for. You will NOT leave hungry.
Awesome food, Awesome service.Everyone on the staff we came across was very friendly, manager went to every table in the restaurant asking how is everything do you need anything.This was my first time to eat there and definitely will be back.
