I have been here several times and the service doesn't get better. - the salad bar is stunning, but save room in your tummy for meat! - the bar is good. - the meat is always hot and liberally seasoned. - it is loud and the employees zip by. This place is action packed. - service. service. service! They always go out of their way to make my wife feel special.

This was our first time to dine at Chama Gaucha—on the occasion of my 83rd birthday. My wife and I dine ‘out’ approximately 2-4 times per month, and usually end up eating at one of several restaurants where we have dined most frequently during the past 40 years. Always great, staff attends to one's every pleasure immediately!
Our waiter, Victor, was the best waiter we've ever had anywhere. He even cut up my granddaughter's food for her! He was always around, but did not interrupt anything. We were extra pleased with this last visit because of him. He have gone many times before and always had good service and great meals. A very fun place to visit.

My boyfriend and I celebrated his birthday here on Memorial Day and it was fantastic. We were amazed by the service and the experience was definitely memorable. My favorite parts of the meal were the starting bread bites, the ribeye, and the mini fillets wrapped in bacon. The salad bar was beautiful, but I saved room for the meats. 10/10 would recommend. Remember, the attire is business casual, you’ll feel out of place in sweatpants and crocs.
Always enjoy eating at this restaurant. Will come again
