Enjoyed the food immensely! Prior reservations had been made. Upon arriving a gentleman greeted us and offered drinks. However the girl and serve desk never acknowledged us nor asked if we had reservations. As people arrived they got seated first. Needless to say, it was still early so no problem. But it would seem service attendant would have "attended" to us first. The only other thing I would comment about was it lighting. This was our first visit to this restaurant. Very busy day for Father's Day. Would probably have given five stars if it had not been so busy and the meat was over-cooked that was being brought around to each table. The salad bar was great! Not the usual salad bar that most restaurants have.
Very nice place, only complaint was that I felt a little rushed and was not offered all the kinds of meat they served. Got the same cut repeated a few times. But the food was great and so was the service.
Great food and Service. Staff took really good care of us and the kids and were very accommodating with our sleeping baby.
Food was amaizing and the staff was quick to serve you and always made sure we had eveything we wanted and needed
I typically love Brazilian steakhouses, and have been to Chama Gaucha on several occasions, but I had a less than stellar experience this time. We went for Father's Day and so the restaurant was packed to the max and perhaps I should have managed my expectations accordingly. We were unfortunately seated in the very back of one of the rooms off the main dining area. And herein lies the problem. They treated elderly mom like a queen the people were so nice
Need to offer seafood
Great experience awesome good good ambience could not have asked for but date night. I truly believe that this is worth the money, my plate was never empty and mother was my glass. To top it off it was our anniversary dinner and we got free cheese cake. Deff 10/10
