Overall, this is my husband and I's third visit to Chama Gaucha - we have never been disappointed over anything provided. This visit was my for my Dad's Birthday - and was our treat to him as a gift. My only complaint about this visit was the consistent butting into our conversations, even when our cards were red and we were all obviously just enjoying our time together. We went with 5 kids. They didn't bother t to try and find out their ages, so we were over charged. Everything else was good.
For the money its a great value. The quality of the food is amazing and it keeps coming as long as you want. Great place to take my Son for his birthday. the service is incredible. Will make this a tradition in our family
Food was excelent about the services, napkins were wet, polenta and mashed potatoes came almost at desert time
The food was great, service was good. It was too loud and too busy. Overwhelmed by all the noise, movement and constantly interrupted.

This was first time in years I’ve been back. Ambiance and food was good. My big complaint was that I was using a OpenTable reward but the assistant wait staff that was covering our waitress while she went on break didn’t know how to use my reward so therefore my tab was an extra $40! I only had the salad bar while my husband had the full meal. Seemed like the salad bar had been reduced since my last visit.

The restaurant raises food prices on Father's Day, considering it a "special occasion." While it's great to see the place bustling with customers, increasing prices for such events may not be the best approach. It feels like they are taking advantage of the situation. The food and service quality remain fantastic, as always, but the pricing during this "special" occasion is definitely off-putting, especially since there isn’t a unique menu item for the day—just the regular offerings.
Beautiful space, but disappointing experience for the price **The Good:** The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful, and our experience started on a high note. We had 6:00 PM reservations, arrived a bit early, and grabbed a drink at the bar while we waited. Dont bother writing if its a special occasion as they won’t care. I had put it was my sons 10th birthday. And asked if they could bring a birthday dessert, instead offered him more meat???? While other birthdays around us were been celebrated. And they charged me adult pricing for him, I was fed up by then so just paid as is. Will not be back!
