Brother getting married
We indicated ahead of time that this was for an anniversary. We were put in the corner of the loud "family area" with screaming kids. It was beyond disappointing, and our last visit.
We requested s cut of mean several times and not until we were full did we receive our request. It also took over 10 min for us to receive our drinks.
We were very disappointed, all most all of the meats were way too salty, we couldn't even finish eating our slice of some of the meats because it just wasn't good. One cut tasted like hamburger and another was so tough I could't eat it. The salad bar was less than mediocre with a small selection and no flavor. Service was OK but we had a hard time understanding and hearing the staff.
Great experience, the food was excellent and plentiful
It was super loud and I felt like I had to yell the whole time and the serves kept running into each other at our table. The guy that took are check snapped it shut and took off, but we had a question, it's loud in there and I said sir loud so he could hear me, he is about a table about by now, but turns around and rudely acknowledged me.
One time experience. Never again. Top sirloin was great. Everything else dry.
Made a reservation on the app but when we arrived Christmas Eve they didn't have a reservation for us and said that they were unable to do anything for us. Then said call the restaurant next time to make the reservation.
Apparently open table does not communicate with the restaurant since I arrived and they did not know of my reservation. I had to pull up my email confirmation and wait an additional 20 minutes to get seated.
