The contractor or service provider did a shitty job on both the windows and doors. It seems the only thing Champion is interested in is me signing off on the doors even though the windows are not finished and look crappy for the $17,000 that I paid

The crew that came here was not very professional asked if he was doing all of the windows in the house...should know when you get here exactly what you need to do .No introduction i don't there names. Kitchen windows is not level i mentioned that hen they were here he looked at it, gave some bs ans...

What between the mistake made on master bedroom windows that I can't unlock them with my wood shutters back up, or all the damage to my wood trim, to the confusion at end of installation about needing a check when it was all handled between my money and greensky financing and the 0 % Financing. Installer should never had asked for any money but he didn't even know what greensky was. They're installer, they're finance company!!!???WTF

Ordered sliding glass door oct 2024, received a returned/ parts door with no handle and opens on wrong side…. Screen door has no inside handle and screen is not pulled tight & even.
