I worked with a large team of people for our new Champion Windows for our sun porch. We wanted to move from a 3-season to 4-season. Ashli was the sales person in DSM, the measurer was in Omaha and both installation teams who came were from Omaha. Our positives were that everyone we worked with were personable and quick. The Omaha personnel were extremely knowledgeable. Our negatives were that Champion wants most of the payment up-front which can be nerve-wracking.
