Champion Windows was good to work with. The salesman, Mike P, gave us a fair & complete description of the product. The people on the phone, Amy, were helpful. The installers were on time, cleaned up their mess & answered questions. They all spoke English which truly helped. It is difficult when we cannot understand the people we deal with. Only complaint is - windows are very expensive!

Matthew C****** with Champion Windows of Columbia, SC was my sales rep. He was very knowledgeable about the products and took his time to explain everything thoroughly for me to make an informed decision. Matt is friendly and was very respectful in my home. I had several other estimates from other companies and none of the other local sales reps were as considerate and thorough as Matt was with answering all of my questions.

We had Champion turn our screened in porch into a four season room. After looking at other homes that have had this done we settled for Champion of Charlotte to do our work. The reason we chose Champion, was after much research, which included talking to homeowners that had used Champion and looking at the finished product, we could see that they offered a superior product and install. Also the warranty that comes with their product (lifetime) was a big selling point. We are greatly enjoying, as my wife calls it her she shed... read more
