Mike from champion windows came out to our home to give us information on getting new windows. He was very knowledgeable of champion windows and it's competitor's. I was able to actually see one of their windows and play around with it, which was way better then looking through a catalog. Mike was never pushy on anything we didn't need and he was respectful of our budget. We signed up on the spot for new windows.
