Our experience from sales to installation was great. The installers were very professional and courteous. The installation went very smoothly and they were done well before we expected. Everything was cleaned up and was beyond our expectations. Would definitely recommend Champion Windows. They look amazing and perform great.
Regarding: Champion Window Company of Louisville, LLC My wife and I had the Champion Window Company of Louisville build a 6 x 12 ft. Gable-Roof structure over our existing concrete front entry porch for our home in April 2019. The short-story is we are absolutely thrilled with the result. Mike from champion windows came out to our home to give us information on getting new windows. He was very knowledgeable of champion windows and it's competitor's. I was able to actually see one of their windows and play around with it, which was way better then looking through a catalog. Mike was never pushy on anything we didn't need and he was respectful of our budget. We signed up on the spot for new windows. Impressed with the windows and their rep Vlad Y******. I bought a lot of windows over the years and the process is often painful, with the window company promising solid guarantees but not coming through. Champion Windows is solid. The sales *** will bring sample glass windows to show how each will reflect heat. The sample that totally blocks heat is a 'dummy' in that Champion does not have windows with that capability. However, the rep will make you think they do. I was deceived in him telling me that the windows would block the sun from the west. They did not. There was no difference than my original windows. The promotion was buy one get one free. These inferior windows cost me &*****. I was ripped off. Beware of them and don'y get conned like me.
Lifetime guarantee?? I had 3 Champion windows installed several years ago. Two years later one failed. They came and replaced it and charged a $75 fee. A couple more years and another one failed. Same deal as the first window. Now the third one has failed and they want to charge $250 to replace it. Obviously Champion windows are sub-standard and I would suggest anyone needing windows should completely disregard their "guarantee" and any expectation of long lasting windows. The fee that you are referring to is the nominal trip fee that is discussed at the time of your purchase and included on your contract and warranty paperwork.
