Hard working 2 man team man installed my windows in one day. The windows are great quality windows. They are functioning as I was told they would function. They are keeping the heat and cold outside. I love the style of them too.

Great customer Service. No pressure purchase. Honest even at the risk of losing business. Started the estimate looking at a covered patio. Was out of our price range, but due to the honesty with their customer rep, we bought a window instead that was in our price range.

Our project is just in the initial phase of receiving an estimate and signing a contract. Dustin came promptly to our appointment and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He anticipated ways to accomplish what we wanted and to save money. Also, in this time of COVID-19, he was careful to observe all precautions. He is a terrific representative for Champion! We are very satisfied so far and look forward to our new sunroom.

Joe C**** came out to do our consultation and estimate, we had heard about the 40% off sale going on now (through 5/31/2020). We compared with several other companies, and while their quote was a bit higher, Joe was able to explain in detail their warranty program, and details about their materials used, etc, which put them above the competition, and thus, we were happy to pay a little more to feel confident in the craftmanship, work quality, and warranty. We bought Champion windows from our previous residence and love the quality and workmanship so it was a no brainer to upgrade our windows and door at our current residence Larry Hall was very courteous and arrived exactly at the predetermined time He went over all the options and the write up was seamless ,quick, and understandable

My sales representative Dustin was very knowledgeable, friendly and didn't pressure me into buying the product. The price was right and he was able to get an extra discount for me. Overall i was very happy with the my experience.
