I really enjoyed meeting with Andrew. I have always dreamed of getting a bay window installed. Champion was $4,000 to $7,000 under the other quotes that I got. Because of this I will get the window that I've always wanted. During the sale, Andrew showed us how the glass behaves with a heat lamp and how it blocks the heat. The wait time is currently 10-16 weeks but that was the average time that I got on all my quotes. I can't wait to get my window installed!
Mr. M***** was very knowledgeable about the different type of sliding. He took as much time as needed to answer all our questions. Found all the discounts that were available to us. Awaiting now for new the measurement appointment.
The Champion Windows representative was very informative, courteous, and helpful in making the decision of going with Champion Windows. The same experience with the man that came to measure the windows. The window sample was good quality and has a great warranty. Waiting for them to be made and installed. So far experience working with Champion Windows has been great.
Excellent and Professional Service. From the presentation of the sales representative down to the installation and completion of job. The gentleman who came to install the windows had about 20 years of experience. He did the job rather quick. Windows looks great. He even walked us through about the care of the windows before he left. I can tell a major difference in temperature in my home and there is even some sound reduction. I called Champion, because I had read reviews, researched other companies too. John, (salesman) came to my home and spent 1 hour and 45 minutes speaking to me, answering questions, taking measurements and addressing steps to be taken. True Professionalism by John. Now I can hardly wait to finish the entire process and get the windows installed.
