We had a good first interaction with our consult. We have our measure appt next and we are being flexible with our install date. The price was in our price point and beat out the other estimates we had. The only negative thing was when we sent up our appointment and then when our consult was behind schedule; no one communicated with us that their appointments take 2-3 hours. Johnny came out for a free estimate, was on time, was respectful, easy to talk to, explained everything. I'm getting a great deal with quality products and service. Champion had the best prices for the best products. So excited for my new windows and door.

Great company presentation.... Was not the cheapest quote was actually the highest of the three quotes I had but I feel the quality sold the product. Sales representative was spot on as well, Presented the product very well.
