We had a good first interaction with our consult. We have our measure appt next and we are being flexible with our install date. The price was in our price point and beat out the other estimates we had. The only negative thing was when we sent up our appointment and then when our consult was behind schedule; no one communicated with us that their appointments take 2-3 hours.
