I called Champion, because I had read reviews, researched other companies too. John, (salesman) came to my home and spent 1 hour and 45 minutes speaking to me, answering questions, taking measurements and addressing steps to be taken. True Professionalism by John. Now I can hardly wait to finish the entire process and get the windows installed.
They are fast, efficient, professional, and they were very tidy with the installation. The representative was down to earth and helpful in getting our projects started.
I was impressed with the professional who came to my home. The window sample he showed me was amazing and it was so well made. And the Champion employee who came to my home to measure the Windows was also professional and very respectful of my home.
The sales rep was very professional and knowlegable. The work hasn't been done yet but I'm sure I'll love it.
Today I met with Cody for my consultation. It was a very pleasant experience, easy communication, explained everything clearly. So excited for my new windows, as well as double garage doors! This old house is getting a facelift!!
