Heidi was great to have in our home. Although she was new to the company she made sure she did everything according to her training. That meant calling her manager several times during our visit. My husband and I were very pleased that what she didn't know she got assistance with. We appreciated her honesty letting us know she was new instead of faking her way through to sell a product.
