Our Sales Rep. was Ron H. He was punctual and very pleasant to visit with. He pointed out things we had not thought of . He was very knowledgeable of Champion Products and did not pressure us at all. We have had Champion windows in another home and we were already aware of the quality. We are having our back porch made into a sunroom. We can’t wait to get this process going. Bill was very professional he called before arriving. He was polite and respected my COVID wishes by wearing a mask and staying 6 feet away. He was knowledgeable of the product and explained the process and options for the warranty. It was a pleasure meeting him.

Joe C****, my Champion Sales Rep., is a knowledgeable, humorous, personable but more importantly a friend yet to be made. I was fortunate Mr. C**** was scheduled for my first window project. Champion built a sunroom in the space where we had an old wooden deck. They poured the cement, added wood siding to make it look as an extension of the house, and turned an old window into a door for direct access to the sunroom from the house. Our experience with Champion was excellent. Starting with the sales visit, our salesman was very knowledgeable of their product and installation procedures. This won both my husband and I over. They took their time and went over the difference in the quality of windows. Ron was patient and did not push us. He showed us the different quality and how each would work in our house. They are an exceptional window and we are excited to have them installed in our home.
