No nonsense, straight forward sales approach from the polite sales person who visited my home. He left with a sale from me as a returning customer. No complaints, feel like I will pay for what I will get. Not cheap but believe I’ll get quality windows as I had previously with the four windows I replaced years ago. Unfortunate for me, I have more than three times that amount that still remained, which all need replaced. Love owning a home but there’s always something that needs fixin’...
Great beginning with Champion, I was only going to get an estimate but after speaking with the representative and him answering all my questions and concerns I decided to do a whole house window replacement. A bit dismayed that two of my windows didn't qualify for the discount after being told later they could not give me what I originally wanted.
