The sales person Charles Westbrook was very customer oriented and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy customers. Answered all questions and addressed every concern.
We had very good experience with the champions representative Ryan D*****. He gave us very vivid description of the window and we were really happy with the overall experience.
Greg W. showed up right on time for our 6 pm. appointment. His presentation of the advantages of Champion windows and disadvantages of the competitors windows was quite impressive. He was very familiar with the Champion product line, and was extremely easy to work with. He was very methodical and precise while preparing our quote. The fact that Champion does all the work, from initial contact to installation and support of their products is amazing, and completely eliminates the 'middle man'.
Ben was a wonderful salesman to work with. He was very knowledgeable regarding Champion's products and answered all of our questions. The original estimate was over our budget and he worked with us to bring the cost down. Can't wait for the installation!
