We scheduled an appointment with Champion to come to our home to measure and price the replacement of our windows. It's a rather large project with 15+ windows. Hannah R was our sales rep. She was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and patient with all our questions. I would recommend her/Champion to a friend.
Sales representative was very professional and courteous. His knowledge of the products that Champion has was impressive to say the least. Since I purchased, he has also answered all follow up questions that I have had.
Jared and Ryan came out to give us an estimate on windows and information on siding. They were both on time, professional (even when our annoying pets wouldn't leave them alone), knowledgeable, and gave us a great break down of all our options. They never pressured us to do everything at once and were very understanding of our budget and needs. Our salesperson was very helpful in designing our screen porch. He listened to our needs/wants. The company provides surveys and permits as needed. We are looking forward to spending time in our new porch.

Very impressed with the knowledge and time David spent looking at my windows being replaced and options presented. Very thorough and covered all details. Previously purchased a patio door from Champion and they stand behind their products. Pricing was inline with expectations.
