Sales representative was very professional and courteous. His knowledge of the products that Champion has was impressive to say the least. Since I purchased, he has also answered all follow up questions that I have had.
Jared and Ryan came out to give us an estimate on windows and information on siding. They were both on time, professional (even when our annoying pets wouldn't leave them alone), knowledgeable, and gave us a great break down of all our options. They never pressured us to do everything at once and were very understanding of our budget and needs. Very impressed with the knowledge and time David spent looking at my windows being replaced and options presented. Very thorough and covered all details. Previously purchased a patio door from Champion and they stand behind their products. Pricing was inline with expectations.
