They were prompt and listened very well. That really made them able to focus their presentation on what we wanted and move quickly through the rest. They customized that demonstration like then do your windows and that was smart. They also worked to meet my price. They didn’t waste a lot of time explaining why I should drive my price up.

Great experience. Our consultant, Kurt, was knowledgeable and thorough. He walked us through the process and was able to address our questions. If we needed to start this process again we would have started with Champion.

<p>First off, Camille S•••••, the Champion rep, was right on time. Some other window companies are not as timely. He was very friendly and made my wife and I very comfortable. His knowledge of window construction was amazing and in-depth! He explained all the benefits of his product and answered all our questions. When he was finished, he gave us his quote (no pressure). Justin C***** came by and spoke with my husband and me concerning what we wanted done. He explained, measured and presented us with some siding colors and explained how everything would be completed. He was absolutely awesome.

We've had Champion windows in Pittsburgh. PA back to 1987, then had them in Northport/Tuscaloosa, AL in 1998, now in ******Hill, AL (90 year old house) & depend on the service/quality & reputation.

If you are getting an estimate ask for Ramon. He was on time and personable. Roman was not pushy and only bid the three windows I wanted replaced. I liked that Ramon was a straight shooter.
